There are many local locations to get hangers for your items:

The most successful has been the JCPenny's on Powers.  You can call their store and ask to speak to their manager, Janet.  Tell her you are consigning with Just Between Friends and she will be happy to give you hangers.  We suggest calling ahead.

Child size plastic hangers can be purchased at Target or Walmart at a cost of 10 for $1.00.

Some of the local Walmarts will give you their discarded clothing hangers...see Customer Service.

Sears gets rid of their hangers at the end of every day, so they will give them to you if you go in near the end of the day.

The OshKosh Outlet in Castle Rock gives away their hangers...if you call the day before you go to the store, they will begin saving them for you from that point.

Old Navy also gives away their hangers.

Kohl's throws away their child size hangers, so speak with Customer Service about "recycling" their child size hangers.  They reuse the adult hangers, so they do not give them away.

Freecycle.com is another option where you can post a listing for hangers wanted.
