Volunteer Presale Information:

Volunteers Shop FIRST! Volunteer team leads will shop first, volunteers who work 12 hours will shop next, followed by volunteers who work 8 hours and then, volunteers who work 4 hours.  Remember to see Lynn or Melissa at the Information Table to pick up your volunteer pre-sale pass to shop the presale. They will be available when you are dropping off your clothing and items during our Consignor Drop Off.  Don't forget to schedule your breakdown time.

We ask that you follow the guidelines of one person per pass - no husbands, mothers, children, pregnant friends, etc. will be permitted to attend the volunteer presale without a pass.

Consignor Presale Information

Consignor ONLY:  
Consignors must have a Presale pass to enter. For the fall sale, we will be allowing consignors to bring one guest with them.  They may enter at the same time as the consignor or you may separate the presale pass and they may come on their own. Sorry, no children over the age of one at Presales until after 5:45 pm.  Bring your children's measurements with you.

First in line, first to get in. Bring your laundry baskets and lawn chairs while you wait for the doors to open and visit with other bargain hunters. FUN! FUN! FUN!

Children:
Although non-walking infants are welcome to attend, we still strongly urge you to find someone to watch your precious child as your shopping experience will greatly improve without the added responsibility.

First Time Parent and Grandparent, Teacher and Military Mom Presale Information

First time parents and grandparents, teachers and military moms with prior registration, and one guest will be admitted.  No exceptions. You will need to give your name at the door, we will have you on the list.

Who qualifies for this presale?  All first time parents with a child under the age of 12 months or are expecting/adopting their first child and have not attended a ftp presale in the past.  All first time grandparents with a grandchild under the age of 12 months or are expecting their first grandchild and have not attended a ftg presale in the past.  All current teachers and all moms who are active duty military or have a spouse who is active duty military.
