What to expect at drop-off:

Drop off is Tuesday, September 28th from 2-6:30pm and Wednesday, September 29th from 7-11:30am at Phil Long Expo Center, 1515 Auto Mall Loop, Colorado Springs, CO  80920.  We will not be offering appointments for this event due to the extended drop off times.  When dropping off or picking up your items, please drive around to the back of the Phil Long Expo Center and enter through the open roll-up door. 

Sort clothing by size and gender.  Your clothing should be hung on hangers prior to drop off.  We do not provide hangers.  Please review the merchandise preparation guidelines for details.

We will deduct your $11 consignor fee from your check.  We are no longer requiring a self-addressed stamped envelope.  One will be provided for you.

Please start at the check-in table as you enter.  Your items will be inspected for acceptability and proper tagging.  Items not acceptable for consignment will be returned to you at this time.

After screening, you will put your clothing on the selling floor by size, gender and type. Toys will be placed on tables, books on bookshelves, etc.  Children are permitted at drop off but it is very busy and they MUST remain with you AT ALL TIMES. 

Sign a waiver.

Sign a car seat waiver, if you are selling a car seat, stating that it has not been recalled and has never been in an accident.

Pick up your consignor presale pass!

Please allow at least 30 minutes to 1 hour for drop off!

What to expect at pick-up:

Pick up is Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 from 8:00pm-9:00pm ONLY!

Items will already be sorted by consignor number for easy pick up.  ALL OF YOUR REMAINING ITEMS WILL BE TOGETHER INCLUDING ITEMS YOU MARKED FOR DONATION.  AT THAT TIME, YOU MAY CHOOSE WHICH ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO DONATE AND PLACE THEM WITH OUR DONATIONS.  Please make sure that you check-in when you arrive to pick up your remaining items.  This ensures that all of your items are picked up and all of your paperwork is in order to receive a timely check. 

Please check the lost and found table for items that have missing tags.

Items not picked up by 9:01 will be donated.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you.  No entrance will be admitted to anyone who is late.
